ODL and it’s Affiliates reserved the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies.

Airport Arrival Transfer Wait Time

DALLAS LIMO 4 U provides up to thirty minutes of free waiting time on all Domestic flights from the official arrival time. For International flights the free time is forty-five minutes from the official posted arrival time. Additional waiting time will be calculate in increments of every 15 minutes of the vehicle’s hourly rate, 20% gratuity, tolls and parking are additional. For all other reservations, 5 minutes of free wait time is given, any additional will be charged in 15 minute increment based on the hourly rate for the particular vehicle.

Update of Airport Transfer Flight Arrival Times

DALLAS LIMO 4 U updates all flight arrival times when a correct flight number is provided, but the update is only as reliable as he information we are provided and by the Airline or Airport.

Point to point Transfers

DALLAS LIMO 4 U provide up to a 15 minutes grace period at pick-up before wait time charges apply at the hourly rate of the vehicle + 20% gratuity bill in ½ hour (thiry minute) increments. Point to Point Transfers include all Return Airport Transfers, Hotel/Casino transfers, and any Point A to Point B Transfers and all hourly reservations.

Hourly Reservations and Posted Minimums

Hourly orders are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for, then in ½ hour increments thereafter (if available). Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum numbers of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for. Reductions in the amount of time ordered are not permitted on the day of the reservation. Tours, Specials and Package Orders are NOT permitted to be changed to standard hourly reservations once confirmed.

No Show Policy

On all reservations you will be considered a no-show at 30 minute (45 minutes for International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your scheduled pick up time. If you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave you location without contracting the DALLAS LIMO 4 U dispatch by phone at (972) 499 2244.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted by phone only.

DALLAS LIMO 4 U required that all airport transfer cancels be received no less than 12 hours prior to pickup time. Roundtrip Orders must be cancelled as 2 separate orders.

Cancellations of sedans and SUVs with TWENTY-FOUR-HOURS (24 HRS) NOTICE OR LESS from scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% gratuity. Cancellation of stretch limousine with 2 Days (48 HOURS) NOTICE OR LESS from date of service will be charged the vehicle minimum.

Cancellation of Hummer H2 stretch SUV limousines, limousine party buses, mini buses and coach buses with TEN DAYS (10DAYS) NOTICE OR LESS from date of service will be charged the full contract amount in cases of non existing contract, the vehicle? Hourly minimum will be charged.
Cancellation of Prom and Wedding contracts with THIRTY DAYS (30 DAYS) NOTICE OR LESS from date of service will be charge the full contract amount in cases of no existing contract the vehicles? Hourly minimum will be charged.

A ‘no show’ fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 20% gratuity plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. In order to avoid a ‘no show’ fee please call (972) 521-3000.

Change Policy

DALLAS LIMO 4 U requires that all changes be received by phone (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 3 hours prior to pickup for all reservations. Charge orders are subject to availability. If a carge cannot be accommodated & result in a cancellation, you will be charged in full for the order. Reductions in the amount of time or vehicle size ordered are NOT permitted on the day of the reservation. Tours, specials and Package Orders are NOT permitted to be charged to standard hourly reservations once confirmed.

Vehicle Request Policy

DALLAS LIMO 4 U and Affiliates reserves the right to upgrade a vehicle request to accommodate a client’s reservation at no charge to the client if deemed necessary by DALLAS LIMO 4 U or its Affiliates. ODL and its Affiliates cannot promise specific vehicle color request, however your preference will be noted at booking but not guaranteed.

Rates & Billing:

All Rates are subject to audit after order completion, to include actual surcharges, parking fees, additional stops & time allotted etc. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for, then in ½ hour (30 minute) increments thereafter. If time is available, minimum posted number of hours, is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for.

DALLAS LIMO 4 U rates are billed including applicable fees/taxes and surcharges. Gratuity it is at you sole discretion on all collectable reservations, however the industry standard is 20% or more of the total. Please take into consideration this is how our chauffeurs make a considerable amount of their income. If a refund is necessary for any reason, you will not be able to receive a full or partial refund for the Gratuity when providing a cash tip to the Chauffeur. Gratuity cannot, by law be recovered from Chauffeur.

Surcharges

All out of pocket charge, including but not limited to tolls, park entry fees, parking, airport fees and other surcharges will be billed to client and are additional to the vehicle base rates.

Payment Methods

DALLAS LIMO 4 U accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express

All charges including gratuities are billed to your credit card/account. Credit Cards are charged at time of pickup. The Credit Card provided at booking must be present with cardholder at pick-up. Unless a Signed 3rd Party Authorization with required documents has been placed on file and approved, prior to pic-up or a Corporate/personal Account has been activated and all required documents have been received. Request to Switch Credit Cards, once a card has been charged are subject to an additional 8% administration fee.

Chauffeurs are able to collect charges in cash, please be aware if a cash payment is given to Chauffeur that has been prepaid by credit card or by account, this will be considered an additional gratuity & cannot by labor law be recovered from the Chauffeor.

Affiliate Service Policy

DALLAS LIMO 4 U may utilize when necessary, at its own discretion, Affiliates to provide Ground Transportation services as requested by our clients.

Vehicle Images

Vehicle Images listed on the Website may differ from the actual vehicle, all photos are provided by the manufacturer and are to reference and description only. All ODL and its Affiliated vehicles are late model and impeccably maintained.

Lost or Damaged Items

DALLAS LIMO 4 U and its Affiliates are not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control including, but not limited to mechanical failures, road detours, accidents, traffic congestion, flight delays, weather delays, road closures etc.

Vehicle Damage/Cleaning

The Party paying for the Reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the renter and/or Party of the Renter, including but not limited to Vomit/Sickness ($300 Cleaning Fees), Alcohol Spillage ($250 Cleaning Fee), Broken Glassware ($50, Replacement Set), Burns ($500 Replacement/Repair), Upholstery Tears ($500-1000, Replacement/Repair) and or Opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object ($1500-2000) etc.

Termination of any reservation by ODL or its Affiliates

DALLAS LIMO 4 U reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund,if the Operator or the ODL Dispatcher on duty feels that the Renter and /or Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or the mode of transportation or the Renter/and/or Party of the Renter in danger of injury. Or if the Renter and/or Party of the Renter are in possession of any illegal material and/or substance, or the Renter and/or Party gets intoxicated and uses fowl language or gets out of control and misbehaves with the Chauffeur, the service will be terminated and cancelled immediately without refund. ODL further reserves the right to refuse sevice to anyone at its sole discretion. This is without exception.

Rate Changes

DALLAS LIMO 4 U and its Affiliates are certificated carriers under the regulation of the NTA and reserve the right to change rates at any time under the regulatory authority of the NTA and its approved tarrif rates without notice to the clientele.
